Declared NACE 47110 (non-specialised food retail) plus 10850 (ready-meal production). Wholly owned by Daily LLC (406088638) since 17 January 2025, after the Daily–Zedazeni Group combination announced in November 2024 put Daily, Spar, Ioli, Kalata, Gvirila and Magniti under one holding (~1,600 stores, ~30% of organised retail). Sister entity Retail Investments LLC (436041800) reported the same revenue series for FY2018-20 and has been Daily-owned since August 2022. Unrelated to Retail Group Georgia LLC (404399236), the Inditex franchisee.
