JSC Teliani Valley is Georgia Capital PLC's (LSE: CGEO) wine business — a GSE-listed winemaker (ticker WINE) that Georgia Capital controls through Georgian Beverage Holding. One of Georgia's leading wineries, it produces wine (exported to ~18 countries) and spirits/brandy. Its beer (Heineken licence) and beverage-distribution operations were sold to Royal Swinkels Family Brewers in 2024; the wine business is retained but earmarked by Georgia Capital for divestment.
